Louise Sturman

Louise Sturman has a wealth of experience in the business and operations field. Louise began their career in 2009 as a Business Development Manager at Polestar Interactive. In 2010, they took on the role of Administration Manager and Trainee Business Development Manager at Polestar Interactive Ltd. In 2011, they moved to Polestar International Ltd where they worked as an Accounts Clerk. In 2014, they returned to Polestar Interactive Ltd as a Procurement & Administrative Manager, where they managed high value and high volume purchasing for multi-million pound projects. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations & Contract Manager at Polestar Interactive, where they developed and delivered operational strategies that drove growth, profitability and efficiencies. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Sales Operations Manager at Radiflow.

Louise Sturman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business & Information Systems Management from Nottingham Trent University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. Louise also holds certifications from Sophos, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Chartered Management Institute, and Veeam Software, including a Sophos Certified Sales Consultant (April 2021), an AWS Cloud Economics Certificate, an AWS Technical Professional Certificate, Chartered Management Institute Level 5 and 3 Certificates, and a Veeam Sales Professional Certificate.
