Jan Baudyš

Jan Baudyš has extensive work experience in procurement and contracts. Jan is currently working as the Director of Contracts & Procurement at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty since November 2022. Prior to this, they took a career break to hike the Pacific Crest Trail from April 2022 to October 2022.

Jan previously held significant roles at Raiffeisenbank a.s. including Head of Central Procurement, where they managed the Procurement Department and was accountable for areas such as Outsourcing and Real Estate. Jan also served as the Senior Sourcing Manager, responsible for managing IT services procurement and leading cost reduction initiatives.

Before Raiffeisenbank, Jan worked at Česká pojišťovna as the Central Procurement Director and Senior Category Manager. Jan also served as a Project Manager for a procurement transformation project.

Jan has also held positions at Home Credit International as the Group Procurement Manager, Československá obchodní banka as the Senior Procurement Officer, and Citibank as an IT specialist.

Jan Baudyš obtained an Engineer's Degree in Economics from the College of Economics and Management in Prague. Jan completed their education in 2011.
