Roman Maslennikov has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Roman started their career as a Research Scientist at Intel Corporation in 2003 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod, Wireless Competence Center as a Technical Manager from 2009 to 2014. Roman is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Radio Gigabit since 2012.

Roman Maslennikov obtained their Master of Science degree in Information Systems in Radiophysics and Telecommunications from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod in 2002. Roman pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Radiophysics at the same university from 2009 to 2012.
