Nikila Shridhar

Nikila Shridhar has a long history of work experience, starting in 1998 as the General Manager Works at AUTO CLINIC. In 2003, they moved to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation as an Executive Assistant. In 2005, they joined Bombay Vikings Productions Pvt. Ltd. as the Public Relations Communications Manager, where they were responsible for spearheading the vision and development of a strong brand equity, acting as a liaison between talented individuals and casting directors, and negotiating financial deals and contract terms. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Radio Innovation Sweden AB.

Nikila Shridhar has an educational background in commerce. Nikila obtained their UnderGrad degree from Modern Education Societys Ness Wadia College of Commerce in 1998. Nikila then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from ISSC, University of Pune in 2002, with a focus in Marketing. In addition, they have a Certificate of Personal Counselling from the Institute of Human Technology.
