Neil Norman

Neil Norman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neil started their career as a Sales Associate and Lab Technician at Murphy's Camera in 1997, where they operated and maintained minilab equipment and provided customer service and camera sales. Neil then moved on to become the Manager in 2002, where they provided expert advice on photographic equipment and represented the company at trade shows. In 2009, Neil became the Education Coordinator at Murphy's Camera, where they developed and guided curriculum for photography classes and served as a camera and software class instructor. Neil also developed class presentations, instructional literature, and copy for online marketing.

In 2015, Neil joined Humana as a UX Designer, where they crafted user experiences across web and mobile platforms and worked alongside developers and product managers to ensure consumer value. Neil also conducted user research and usability testing to improve the performance of mobile applications. Neil continued in this role until 2017.
