Justin McKay

Justin McKay has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Justin co-founded and served as Vice President of RCS, a garment solutions company that provides services to hospitals and surgery centers across 35+ states. Before that, they were the Vice President of Sales at Ferris Mfg. Corp. and the National Sales Manager at Nexxt Spine. Justin also held different roles at Ferris Mfg. Corp., including Director of National Sales and Territory Manager. Prior to their medical device sales career, they worked as a District Sales Representative at Sysco Foods. Justin held graduate program positions at Purdue Alumni Association and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Finally, they started their career as a Sales Account Executive at Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide.

Justin McKay graduated from Western High School with a high school diploma in 1995. Justin then attended DePauw University from 1995-1999 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. After a break from education, McKay returned to school and received their Masters degree in Administration from Purdue University from 2003-2006.
