Ruslan Zamaray

Ruslan Zamaray, PMP, currently serves as an Agile Delivery Manager at Freddie Mac since June 2021. As a Co-Founder and Vice President of United Help Ukraine, Ruslan has successfully raised over $60 million and established effective supply chains for humanitarian aid delivery to Ukraine, showcasing a commitment to impactful initiatives, particularly through the defenders’ aid program. Previous positions include Sr. Scrum Master at CC Pace and Associate (Lead Technologist) at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Ruslan provided project management support for key initiatives at the National Science Foundation. With extensive experience at Cambridge Associates in various roles, including Program/Portfolio Manager and Project Manager, Ruslan has managed multiple projects, teams, and budgets. Ruslan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Kyiv Engineering Technical Institute.
