Gretchen James-Halter

Gretchen James-Halter serves as the Director of Training and Development at RSNA since July 2011, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive learning and professional development department and strategies in performance review, leadership training, and diversity initiatives. Prior to RSNA, Gretchen held the position of Senior Professional - Instructional Designer at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, leading a training team for over 600 business and technology employees. Additional experience includes roles as Training & Communications Manager at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on training strategies and project management, Sr. Sales Trainer at Zebra Technologies, and Field Training Manager at GBC. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 1998.
