Jennifer Hagen, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief People Officer for Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A. In their previous role as Compliance Manager at Brinson Benefits, Inc., they were responsible for managing compliance, human resources, benefit administration, and general compliance issues. Jennifer also revamped COBRA administration processes and improved efficiency within the department. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ProviderScience LLC and as a Human Resources Manager at Protec Equipment Resources. In those roles, they focused on recruitment, benefits management, payroll, and employee training. Jennifer's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources/Office Manager at Omnna, a Recruiter/Practice Administrator at Urology Clinics of North Texas, and a Practice Manager/Human Resources Manager at Kane Hall Barry Neurology. Jennifer began their career as an Operations Manager at The Lash Lounge and later as an Operations Manager at White's Chapel UMC-Chapel Hill Children's School. Jennifer also worked at ENTACT, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist/Accounting Manager, where they supported over 200 employees and managed payroll, benefits, employee relations, and accounting responsibilities. Throughout their career, Jennifer has been instrumental in process improvements, recruitment efforts, benefits administration, and creating inclusive cultures within organizations.

Jennifer Hagen, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2021.
