Teresa Stull, PHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with overall business goals.

Currently, Teresa is serving as the Sr Director of Human Resources at Action Urgent Care, where they are responsible for ensuring the execution of company-wide HR strategies and programs. Teresa serves as a key business partner to executive leaders and coordinates efforts to maintain regulatory compliance. Additionally, Teresa leads a team of HR professionals, including HR generalists, benefits professionals, and recruiters.

Prior to their current role, Teresa served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Teresa was recruited by executive leadership to shape the startup organization's HR processes and recruiting team. In collaboration with senior leadership, they established the HR strategy across various areas, including people management, talent planning, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Before joining Vir Biotechnology, Teresa worked at Zuman as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they partnered with client executive leadership teams to develop HR strategies and processes. Teresa managed a team of HR consultants and oversaw the HR needs of multiple clients, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic vision.

Teresa's work experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., where they played a key role in creating the company's organizational structure and improving HR processes. Teresa focused on talent management, leadership development, and performance-based compensation.

Prior to that, Teresa worked as an Account Executive at Gallagher Benefit Services, where they supported large clients in developing and managing their benefit packages. Teresa cultivated strong relationships with clients and used their expertise to create customized plan designs that best fit their needs.

Teresa also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant and owner of OneSource Solutions, where they provided HR consulting services to various clients. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Director/Board of Directors at Tech Spray, LP.
