Dan Parker

Dan Parker has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Dan is currently a Senior IT Project Manager at Radiology Partners since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Banner Health, starting in 2014. At Banner Health, they held various positions including Senior IT Product Owner, IT Director, and IT Ops Director, UAHPIS Clinical and Business Applications. In these roles, they managed technical staff and supported multiple applications and infrastructure systems. Before joining Banner Health, Dan worked at Midas+ Solutions as a Product Owner, where they managed the product life cycle and implemented enhancements using Agile methodology. Dan also gained experience as a Senior Information Systems Consultant at Coastal Healthcare Consulting, Inc. and as a Programmer/Analyst at Enterprising Healthcare. Dan began their career at Sunquest Information Systems as a Team Leader and later worked as a Systems Analyst at Pima County Juvenile Court. Dan started their professional journey as a Production Manager at Individually Designed Software.

Dan Parker obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General business, from the University of Phoenix. This degree was earned between 1991 and 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Arizona, studying from 1983 to 1985. Before their time at the University of Arizona, Dan attended Pima Community College from 1981 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science before transferring to the University of Arizona. In terms of certifications, Dan received their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2010.
