Dennis Bui

Dennis Bui's work experience includes roles as a ServiceNow Developer at Radiology Partners starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Consultant for Fossil Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, where they provided technical solutions and designed new functionalities for the ServiceNow platform. Dennis also worked as a Technology Analyst at Infosys from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Dennis worked as a Technical Consultant at PepsiCo from 2017 to 2018, where they configured and tested CMDB forms and populated CMDB data using ServiceNow Discovery product.

Dennis Bui pursued their education at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2016. Dennis later acquired several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In May 2020, they became a Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, and a Certified System Administrator, all from ServiceNow. In the same month, they also received an Infosys Certified ITIL Foundation certification. In May 2019, Dennis obtained a Micro-Certification in the ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model. Dennis'smost recent certification, Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management, was obtained in September 2021.
