Faraz Adil Khan

Faraz Adil Khan, MD FACR, is a Radiologist currently with vRad (Virtual Radiologic) since July 2022 and a member of the Texas Medical Board MRT since September 2016. Previous positions include Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist at Radpartners Houston from December 2021 to July 2022, and at Synergy Radiology from October 2011 to December 2021, where Faraz served as a board member for the Lonestar division and as Vice-Chair of Radiology at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands. Faraz was also involved with Memorial Hermann Health System from October 2008 to December 2020 as an MHMD Board member and as Chair of the MHMD Radiology Clinical Practice Committee. Prior experience includes working as an Interventional Radiologist at LoneStar Radiology, where Faraz was noted as Physician of the Year in 2010. Educational background includes attending Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and obtaining a BS in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
