Jennifer Lemaire

Jennifer LeMaire has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and healthcare. Jennifer most recently worked as a Risk Manager at Radiology Partners since February 2022. Prior to that, they were an Ambulatory Care Nurse at Mercy Health Physician Partners in January and February 2022. From February 2021 to December 2021, they served as the Interim System Director Clinical Risk Management at SSM Health. Jennifer has also held various roles at Mercy Health Muskegon, including Director of Risk Management from January 2009 to October 2020 and Staff RN from June 2007 to January 2009.

Jennifer LeMaire completed their high school education at Mona Shores High School, earning a High School/Secondary Diploma in 2001. Jennifer then attended Michigan State University from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued Pre-Veterinary Studies without obtaining a degree. Jennifer subsequently enrolled at Grand Valley State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the RN certification from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in June 2007 and became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Council on Strength & Fitness - NCSF in 2015. Jennifer also acquired the CPHRM certification from AHA in April 2013. Moreover, they have obtained various professional certifications in recent years from LinkedIn, including Nano Tips for Communicating with Confidence with Selena Rezvani, OneNote Tips and Tricks, Tasks in Microsoft Teams: First Look, Enhance Your Productivity with Effective Note-Taking, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers.
