Joe S. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Joe started their career as a Helpdesk Technician at Teen Mania Ministries International in 2002, where they resolved various computer-related issues and facilitated the deployment of multiple computers. Joe received the Carpe Diem Award during their one-year internship. In 2004, Joe worked as a Depot and Field Technician at Sarcom. Joe then joined Franciscan Alliance, Inc. in 2006, where they held various roles such as IT Healthcare Analyst, Solutions Support Technician, Enterprise Systems Engineer, and Telecom Admin. During their time at Franciscan Alliance, Joe provided system-wide end-user application and hardware support in a medical environment and implemented corporate hardware and software deployment strategies. In 2014, they joined Radiology Partners as a Systems and Security Engineer.

Joe S. has a diverse education history. In 2001, they participated in a Spanish Immersion program at Seminario Biblico E.S.E.P.A., where they studied Biblical Studies and Spanish. Later that year, they also engaged in a Spanish Immersion program in Costa Rica. In 2002, Joe completed the Professional Leadership Program at the Honor Academy, which provided him with an IT internship experience. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and earned a Bachelor of Arts with completed 60 hours in Cultural Anthropology. In 2013, Joe pursued a short-term course at Current Technologies, specializing in Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager with a degree of MS10747. Alongside their education, Joe has obtained various certifications, including CompTIA A+ ce, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA Security+ ce, and CompTIA Network+ through CompTIA. Joe also holds CompTIA Server+ and CompTIA A+ certifications obtained in 2005 and 2004, respectively. More recently, Joe has acquired certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator and Okta Certified Professional from Okta in November 2022, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in June 2022.
