Jon Pineda

Jon Pineda has a diverse work experience history. Jon started their career at Starbucks in 2015 as a Shift Supervisor, where they led a team and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2020, they joined Desert Radiology as a Service Desk Analyst, where they served as the first point of contact for IT and Radiology-related issues. Jon then moved on to become an IT Desktop Support specialist, providing Tier 2 support for IT issues. In 2021, Jon was promoted to Radiology Partners as a Systems Administrator, primarily responsible for Active Directory management. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of User Technologies - Systems Analyst II, providing Tier 2 and 3 support for the company's IT operations.
