Tamara Tausan, MHA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tamara began their career as a Staffing Assistant at Mayo Clinic Rochester from 2004 to 2005, where they supported Nurse Managers and coordinated staffing needs. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Patient Financial Services Representative at Mayo Clinic, where they collected and analyzed billing and insurance information from patients.

Tausan then moved to Park Nicollet Health Services, where they took on various roles. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a Hospital Payment Analyst, analyzing reimbursements and resolving payment issues.
