Kelsi Coslet, RHIA has a diverse work experience. Kelsi started their career in 2013 as a Member Services representative at LaPorte County Family YMCA. Kelsi then worked as a Facilities Assistant at Ohio State University Recreation Centers from 2011 to 2013, and later became a Facility Manager from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, they joined eInformatics as an Application Analyst II and worked there until 2018. During their time at eInformatics, they gained experience in application analysis and support.

In 2015, Kelsi also worked as a Student Intern at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for a brief period.

From 2018 to 2022, Kelsi worked at Radiology Partners in various roles. Kelsi started as a Business Analyst for the Worklist Application team, where they were involved in managing project demands and providing application support. Kelsi then became a Technical Lead for the Worklist Application team, where they led a team and developed best practices for the system. Later, they took on the role of Applications Analyst II for the Outpatient IT Services team, where they were responsible for project demands, analysis, and application support. Currently, Kelsi works as an Associate Project Manager for the Outpatient IT Services team at Radiology Partners, where they are involved in project management, training, and process improvement for implementing Radiologist Information Systems across multiple practices.

Kelsi Coslet, RHIA, pursued their education at The Ohio State University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Information Management Systems from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Kelsi has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. These certifications include Key Leadership Skills Certified (KLSC) from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2021, Project Management Essentials Certified from the same institution in April 2021, and Certified SAFe Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2019. Kelsi is also a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certified by AHIMA, but the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
