Rick Lassiter

Rick Lassiter serves as Senior Vice President of Outpatient Operations at Radiology Partners. In this role, he oversees RP’s outpatient imaging centers strategy and execution, including strategic planning, operational leadership, process improvement and relationship building with existing and future outpatient center clients.

Prior to joining RP, Rick served as CEO for Fairfax Radiology Consultants in Virginia, where he led a team of more than 90 radiologists and 800 employees covering more than 20 outpatient facilities throughout Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland. Previously, Rick served as chief administrative officer for Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, and in several senior leadership roles for Baptist Memorial Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee.

Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and his MBA from the University of North Alabama in Florence.
