Serena Washington

Serena Washington has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Serena most recently worked at Radiology Partners as an IT Contract Project Coordinator, where they coordinated contract negotiations and facilitated communication between product owners. Prior to that, they worked at Cadence Bank as a Vendor Management Analyst, where they played a key role in analyzing contract terms, negotiating with vendors, and supporting compliance with vendor management policies. Serena also worked at North Mississippi Medical Center as a Performance Improvement Data Analyst and Administrative Assistant, where they managed data, generated reports, and supported department operations. Earlier in their career, they served as an Adoption/Volunteer Coordinator at the Tupelo-Lee Humane Society, where they handled adoption inquiries, managed volunteers, and organized community events. Serena also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Frost Specialty, LLC and Richo Business Solutions. Serena started their career as a CMT Mobile Intern at COUNTRY MUSIC TELEVISION, INC., where they assisted with story research and observed news staff.

Serena Washington obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi between the years 2006 and 2009.
