Sonya Reese Mph

Sonya Reese, MPH has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and healthcare. Sonya started their career as a Medical Biller at William L Caton III MD from July 2008 to September 2009. From October 2009 to March 2011, they worked as a Program Coordinator at Loma Linda University Global Health Institute, managing international rotations and coordinating relief efforts in post-quake Haiti. Sonya then joined Risser Orthopaedic Group as a Medical Biller from 2011 to 2012. Sonya then worked at Deloitte as an ERS Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Sonya then joined Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) as a Manager Regulatory Compliance in 2017, overseeing internal audit and enterprise risk management programs. Sonya also provided consultation to organizational staff and leaders. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Network Director, Corporate Compliance at HonorHealth, responsible for monitoring compliance activities and implementing training programs. Most recently, they have been working at Radiology Partners as the Compliance Director since 2019 and will transition to the role of AVP, Compliance in 2023.

Sonya Reese, MPH received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Occidental College in 2008. Sonya then went on to obtain their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Policy and Leadership from Loma Linda University in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Sonya has also earned certifications including Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance, also from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
