Yourry Fleurant

Yourry Fleurant has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2014, they were inducted into The National Society of Leadership and Success, a prestigious leadership honor society. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) as a Data Analyst and Application Support Analyst, providing support and troubleshooting for clinical and practice management systems. In 2017, they worked briefly at Tripadvisor as an Associate in Revenue Operations and at Wolters Kluwer Health as an Analyst in Global Revenue Operations.

In 2018, Yourry joined Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Data Analyst in Revenue Cycle Planning & Strategic Analytics. Yourry collaborated with others to improve revenue cycle outcomes and presented revenue cycle data to leadership. In 2019, they worked at Panorama Education as a Project Manager, managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Yourry also joined Steward Health Care as a Project Manager in Revenue Cycle and Strategic Initiatives, managing complex projects and analyzing data.

In 2020, Yourry became a Business Analyst at Radiology Partners and later took on the role of Senior Business Analyst in Revenue Cycle Analytics. Currently, they are also a REALTOR® at eXp Realty and Lamacchia Realty, Inc., specializing in real estate investment. Throughout their career, Yourry has demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on revenue cycle optimization and data analysis.

Yourry Fleurant has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management with a focus on Finance from UMass Boston. Additionally, Yourry completed the Analytics: From Data to Insights Certificate Program from Wharton Executive Education in 2021, which covered Business Administration and Management. Yourry is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Yourry also holds a Project Management Graduate Certificate from the same institution. Apart from their educational achievements, Yourry has obtained certifications such as Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Certificate Program from Wharton Executive Education, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson | Home Sales Consultant from Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a member of the South Shore REALTORS®. Yourry is also a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a REALTOR® recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.
