Claudia Caviglia is an experienced R&D professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at Radiometer since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing teams in enzyme sensors, liquid chemistry, and product lifecycle management. Claudia has led several teams in developing new sensor technologies and delivering IVDR-compliant technical documentation, effectively managing various stakeholders. Prior to Radiometer, Claudia gained experience as a postdoc and project leader at the Technical University of Denmark, a guest researcher at the University of Cambridge, and held various roles in R&D and medical writing. Claudia is also a co-founder of Move2Change IVS, focusing on career transition workshops. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Genoa.
