Gio Nieves

Gio Nieves, PMP, MME, serves as the Senior Process Engineering Manager at Radiometer, a Danaher Medical Diagnostics division focusing on Blood Gas Analysis technology and manufacturing since April 2022. With extensive experience in engineering management at Johnson & Johnson from March 2014 to April 2022, Gio led teams across various engineering roles, including managing 11 engineers in Packaging Technology and New Products Engineering, and driving process improvements through cross-functional collaborations. Educationally, Gio holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and an MBA from Capella University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Additional experience includes tutoring in science and math and a customer service role at 1-800-Radiator & A/C.
