Lisa Martorell

Lisa Martorell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Senior HR Business Partner at Radiometer since November 2021, Lisa manages a team of HR Business Partners and participates in the Global HRBP Management Team. Prior positions include Senior HR Business Partner at Topdanmark and Corporate Vice President HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk A/S, where responsibilities encompassed daily support for around 50 leaders and oversight of strategic HR functions.
