Shilpa Jagannath

Shilpa Jagannath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development management, currently serving as Senior Manager of R&D Projects at Radiometer since February 2020. In this role, Shilpa oversees R&D teams involved in product specification, blood testing labs, project management, and risk management. Previous positions at Radiometer included R&D Manager and project leader for development projects, where responsibilities encompassed managing budgets and achieving EU-IVDR certification for blood gas analyzer products. Prior to Radiometer, Shilpa worked at Meggitt in various roles, including Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager, and participated in the Meggitt Global Leadership Program. Additionally, Shilpa's earlier career included an engineering internship at Parker Hannifin and undergraduate research at BIOMEMS Lab.
