Ysaline Leman

Ysaline Leman's work experience starts in 2019 with an internship at the Institute of Neuroscience at UCLouvain, where they gained exposure to working in a multi-disciplinary team. Later in 2019, they went on an Erasmus exchange program at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they developed decision-making skills and a more open-minded and curious attitude towards new challenges. In 2019 and 2020, Ysaline worked on a Master Thesis Project at Université Catholique de Louvain, focusing on quantifying anomalies in patients with neuropathologies through MRI analysis.

In 2021, Ysaline joined Ayming, a leading international consultancy firm, as a Junior Innovation performance Consultant, working on ways to bring sustainable business performance to clients. In 2022, they became an Advanced Innovation performance Consultant at Ayming, specializing in optimizing access to grants, promoting R&D projects, and improving R&D financing in the Life Sciences sector. Currently, Ysaline works at Radiomics as a Business Developer, leveraging the company's expertise in radiomics, deep learning, and federated learning applied to oncology and other therapeutic areas. Their role includes supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies in optimizing clinical trials and drug development studies, with a focus on personalized medicine and patient-centered approaches.

Ysaline Leman's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2018, Ysaline attended École polytechnique de Louvain - Louvain School of engineering, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical engineering with a focus on applied chemistry and physics.

In 2019, Ysaline participated in an Erasmus program and studied at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical engineering.

From 2018 to 2020, Ysaline returned to École polytechnique de Louvain - Louvain School of engineering to complete their Master's degree in Biomedical engineering.

Currently, starting from 2020, Ysaline is studying at Ichec Brussels Management School, working towards a Degree in Management.
