Donna Iucolano

Donna Iucolano is Founder & Principal of Spinach Candy, LLC a consulting, interim management, and business development company. She is a serial entrepreneur, corporate strategist, and e-business expert at the forefront of customer-centric, innovative marketing, and technology-driven growth and business transformation. Formerly she was EVP and General Manager, Direct Group – New York & Company; CEO, North America – IMP / International Masters Publishers; and EVP and Division President, e-Scholastic, a division of Scholastic Corporation. For 10 years prior to that, Iucolano held various positions from Marketing Coordinator to SVP, Interactive Services Division, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. where she spearheaded that firm’s use of VoiceView® from Radish 1.0 to improve customer service.

Donna was a founding member of e-commerce industry association, SHOP.ORG, and served as the founding chairperson of the research committee, introducing The State of Online Retailing. She is an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology and Hofstra University.
