Andrea MacKay

Andrea Mackay has extensive experience in digital content and localization, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Content & Localization at Radisson Hotel Group since February 2021. Previous roles include Director of Digital Content and Localization, Head of Digital Content and Localization, and Digital Content Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to Radisson, Andrea worked at Continental as a Content Coordinator and spent over a decade at NH Hotel Group, holding various positions including Acting Content Manager/Coordinator and Content Executive, where responsibilities included managing online content and translations for the brand. Early career experience includes roles in sales and administration at AEMS, Sheraton Park Tower Hotel, Hotel Gran Meliá Fenix, and The Westin Palace, Madrid. Andrea holds a Diploma in Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training and a Diplomado in Dirección y Gestión Hotelera from Les Roches Marbella.
