Andrea Pinna has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in loyalty strategy, brand quality, and customer care. From September 2018 to November 2022, Andrea held the position of Global Vice President Loyalty Strategy, Brand Quality & Customer Care at Radisson Hotel Group, where responsibilities included leading the Loyalty Program and developing a global Quality Assurance program. Prior roles at Radisson included Global Senior Director of Brand Quality Management and Brand Quality Director EMEA.
