Kristina Belyavskaya is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Founder and Executive Consultant for Hospitality Project Development at Cospitality since January 2023. In this role, Kristina provides comprehensive consulting services for international brands and individual hotel, resort, and restaurant projects, focusing on market research, concept development, design consulting, project supervision, and investment programs. Prior to Cospitality, Kristina held various positions at Radisson Hotel Group, including International Project Manager and Project Manager within Design & Technical Services, where responsibilities included managing new hotel projects and renovations across Europe, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and enhancing guest experiences. Kristina's earlier experience includes roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where project management of hotel renovations was a key focus, and foundational work as a Development Manager at SiberiaFoodService LLC. Kristina earned a degree from Novosibirsk State University in 2012.
