Madan Periyasamy is a seasoned food and beverage management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Hotel Group since January 2022, Madan has previously held the role of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Accor from October 2019 to January 2022. Notably, Madan was the Outlet Manager and Resort Beverage Manager during the pre-opening phase at FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai from January 2017 to September 2019. Madan's tenure at Radisson Blu from February 2007 to January 2017 included various positions such as Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier, Sommelier, Team Leader, and Bartender during the pre-opening.
