Rodrigo Blanco Rincon

Rodrigo Blanco Rincon is a highly experienced Information Security professional with extensive leadership roles, currently serving as the Global CISO and Senior Director, Head of Information Security at Radisson Hotel Group since July 2020. Responsibilities include defining and building the IT Security function across governance, risk, compliance, architecture, control management, cyber defense, and digital identity. Major achievements include successfully delivering the IT Security workstream in a company-wide carve-out project, obtaining PCI-DSS Service Provider Level 1 certification, and improving overall Cybersecurity Maturity by 52%. Prior to Radisson, key positions included Managing Director - Security Executive at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed leading security architecture and mentoring teams, as well as Head of Big Data & Security at Atos and various roles at Bull and Hewlett-Packard. Rodrigo holds an Ingeniero Superior de Telecomunicaciones degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master's in Information Security Management from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, and completed Executive Education at HEC Paris.
