Nitin Shelar

Nitin Shelar is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management across various sectors, including mobile communication and automotive systems. Currently serving as Chief Architect at Radisys Corporation since October 2019, Nitin leads Mobile and Communication Devices SW Engineering Programs. Previously, as Director of Technology at Eximius Design, Nitin spearheaded platform and connectivity software engineering initiatives. Nitin's career includes significant roles at NXP Semiconductors as Principal Project Manager for NFC firmware development and at SmartPlay Technologies as Principal Systems Engineer, focusing on automotive telematics and pioneering projects like the first Android TV. Earlier experience includes senior technical positions at Samsung R&D Institute India and technical roles at Texas Instruments and L&T Infotech. Nitin holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from REVA University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering.
