Ricardo Beale

Ricardo Beale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and facility management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Facility Management Global at Radisys Corporation since March 2004, Ricardo played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the company, initially joining as one of the founding employees at Continuous Computing. Prior to this, Ricardo held managerial positions at PacSoft Solutions Limited and Axcend India Private Limited, where responsibilities included office setup and logistics support. Early career experience involved operational and administrative roles at HRB Group, where achievement included managing serviced apartments. Ricardo holds multiple educational qualifications, including an Executive Certificate in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an Executive Programme in Entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, alongside various certifications in coaching and facility management.
