Sudipto Ghosh

Sudipto Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Chief Architect at Radisys Corporation since August 2022, leading the 5G RAN System Engineering and L2 Algorithms team. Prior to this role, Sudipto contributed as Principal Member of Technical Staff at Altiostar, focusing on the 5G DU team for a brief period in 2022, and held the position of Senior Software Architect at Jio Platforms, where significant contributions were made in gNodeb design and development from January 2020 to April 2022. Sudipto's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Chief Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India, Senior Technical Specialist at Nokia, and Lead Engineer at Aricent, among others, encompassing extensive work in LTE and 3G/UMTS protocols throughout a diverse career spanning over 18 years. Sudipto holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
