Deepti Nigam

Deepti Nigam has a diverse work experience. Deepti is currently working as an RE Sales Agent for The Bradley Team at Radius since September 2022. Deepti has been a Notary Public for the State of California since 2010, providing notary services and working with individuals and financial institutions. Deepti also founded Jagriti Development and Welfare Foundation (JDWF), an NGO, in 2020 and worked as a Loan Signing Agent. Deepti was a Sales Manager at UNIONPOSTSF INC from February 2019 to February 2023. Deepti has also worked as an Independent Contractor at Axel Real Estate and Home Loans Inc. from January 2020 to August 2022. Additionally, Deepti worked as a Sales Agent at World Financial Group (WFG) from December 2020 to April 2021 and as a Sales Associate at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy from January 2019 to December 2020. Deepti has also held roles such as National Sales Manager at MOM & POP BUSINESS FUNDING from May 2020 to June 2020 and Housing Rep. at Latitude 38 Housing Services and Urbanests Housing Services from November 2017 to September 2018. Lastly, Deepti worked in loan servicing for commercial real estate at Barry Slatt Mortgage from March 2018 to April 2018.

Deepti Nigam has an extensive education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Deepti started their education at Presentation Convent School, where they completed their high school education with a focus on commerce from 1980 to 1992. Deepti then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, studying from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from 1996 to 1999.

To further their legal education, Deepti Nigam enrolled at Golden Gate University, School of Law, where they earned an LLM degree in Law from 2006 to 2007. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Sales and Marketing at Kurukshetra University. This program lasted from 2004 to 2006.

Deepti Nigam then proceeded to pursue higher education in the United States. In 2010, they attended Lincoln University (Oakland, CA) to obtain an MBA degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which they completed in 2011. In 2016, they also participated in The Chevron Small Business Workshop at Golden Gate University, Edward S. Ageno School of Business.

In recent years, Deepti Nigam has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through various organizations and programs. Deepti completed a lightning Luminaries ToastMasters Club home club course under Toastmasters International from 2019 to 2024, in which they served as the Division Director from 2019 onwards. Additionally, they engaged in personality development training at The Landmark Worldwide from 2021 to 2023.

Furthermore, they pursued a Value Investing Course at Columbia Business School, formerly known as Kings College, in 2022. In the same year, they also studied Business/Commerce, General through an online program offered by Harvard Business School.
