Jessica Lawrence

Jessica Lawrence is an accomplished professional in the real estate and customer success sectors, currently serving as the Director of Brokerage Experience at Radius since December 2023. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing transaction management, agent support, and scaling internal operations following Series B funding. Previously, Jessica worked at Side for five years, starting as a Customer Success Manager and advancing to Senior Operations Manager, where significant contributions included implementing Gainsight and enhancing customer success capacities.
