John Shields III

John Shields III is a Manufacturing Engineer at Radius Packaging, where responsibilities span New Product Development, Facilities, and Maintenance since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Production Operations Coordinator at Pentair, involving production supervision and project management, and as a Lean Engineering Intern focused on process improvements through lean methodologies. John has also contributed as a COVE Student Scholar at the CREATE Institute, enhancing skills in 3D printing and crafts, and has had a variety of positions during academic years, including a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Danfoss Drives and a Shuttle Driver at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
