Helen Foord

Helen Foord has a strong background in HR, with their most recent role as Group HR Director at Radius Systems Ltd since 2018. Prior to that, they held various senior HR positions at Rolls-Royce, including Senior HR Business Partner for Global Operating Functions and HR & IT Global Functions. Helen also has experience as an HR Senior Business Partner for Corporate Functions and as the Director of Employment Policy for the UK. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic partnering, talent management, leadership development, organization transformation, and cost reduction initiatives.

Helen Foord pursued their education from 1989 to 1993 at Liverpool John Moores University. Helen successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in BA Hons Business Studies during this period.
