Karen Richardson

Karen Richardson has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Karen is currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Radius Systems Ltd since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. from February 2017 to May 2019, where they were responsible for customer services, production planning, raw material ordering, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. Before that, Karen held the position of Head of Customer Delivery at Guilford Performance Textiles from October 2013 to February 2017, where they managed customer services, warehousing, logistics, and inventory. Karen has also worked at Prolog as a Client Relationship/Commercial Director and held various managerial roles such as Commercial Director, Associate Director Commercial Account Management, Account Group Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Karen's career started at Etam Plc, where they served as an Administration Supervisor and gained extensive knowledge of the retail industry and logistics.

Karen Richardson attended West Nottinghamshire College of FE from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained an HND in Business and Finance.
