Jim Spahr

Jim Spahr is an experienced environmental health and safety (EHS) professional currently serving as the Director of EHS for Steel Operations at Radius Recycling since March 2022. Previously, Jim held positions including Director of EH&S for North America at JELD-WEN, Inc., and Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor at Rio Tinto. Jim has also contributed to HSE Technical LLC as Director and has extensive experience with Hexcel Corporation, DuPont, W. R. Grace & Co., and Saint-Gobain Containers. Jim began a career with International Paper, advancing through various EHS roles. Jim holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Duke University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
