André Alves

André Alves has a diverse work experience in the technology and software engineering industry. André started their career as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Capgemini, where they developed backend and frontend applications using various technologies. André then moved on to become a Delivery Manager, overseeing remote development teams and providing technical support.

After Capgemini, André joined Solutis Tecnologias as a Senior Team Leader, where they managed development teams, implemented agile processes, and worked on pre-sales activities and technical proposals. André also played a key role in digital transformation projects and collaborated with the Chief Technology Officer on innovation initiatives.

Next, André worked at PicPay as a Software Engineering Manager, leading a team responsible for a financial service platform with millions of users. During their time there, they worked on the acquisition by J&F investments and contributed to the development of credit card, digital wallet, and P2P payment features.

Currently, André is the Head of Technology at Radix Engineering and Software, where they are responsible for leading the technology team.

André Alves completed a degree in Processamento de Dados (Data Processing) at UniRuy Wyden. André then went on to earn a Especialista em Segurança da Informação (Information Security Specialist) degree from the same institution. In terms of certifications, André has obtained several certifications, such as Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Certified Programming C# and Certified Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 from Microsoft, and Java Certified Foundations Associate from Oracle, among others. André also holds certifications in Scrum methodologies and has completed courses in MongoDB and ITIL.
