Luis Carlos Dill Junges

Luis Carlos Dill Junges is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales and engineering, currently serving as Head of Sales Upstream at Radix since September 2012. In this role, Luis focuses on acquiring and developing key accounts across the USA, Europe, and Asia, while ensuring that sales targets are met. Previous positions at Radix include O&G Account Manager and Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed creating industry programs and managing customer engagements with major companies such as ExxonMobil and Petrobras. Luis has also held roles at Imatso Smart Solutions, CERTI Foundation, Mersen, S2i, and WEG, where expertise ranged from automation engineering to software development, contributing to various projects across diverse sectors. Luis holds a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a Mechanical Technician degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
