Maria Merenda currently serves as a Solution Lead at Superlinear since March 2023. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at Siemens Digital Industries Software from October 2013 to March 2023, including Quality Management Associate Manager, Quality Specialist, and Quality System Engineer. Responsibilities included quality support for new policy implementation, management of quality reports, maintenance of quality manuals, project management, and conducting internal audits in alignment with Siemens 9ME and CMMI standards. Additional experience includes a quality assessment project during an Erasmus placement at LMS, a Siemens Business, in 2013, focusing on comparing Siemens 9ME with ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI elements. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Università della Calabria, alongside a High School Diploma in Math and Science from Liceo Scientifico G.B. Scorza. Competencies include expertise in quality reporting, business continuity planning, and various quality standards and audits.
