Minita Sodhi

Minita Sodhi currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Radix, starting in September 2023, after previously working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zeta Suite from August 2022 to July 2023, where Minita developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies for mid to senior management positions. Minita co-founded Aarya in November 2020, in partnership with a spouse. Prior professional experience includes serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at Nova IVF Fertility, where responsibilities focused on growth strategies and content creation, and as a Research Scientist at Kasiak Research, where Minita contributed to the launch of stem cell products and published a scientific paper. Minita holds a Postgraduate Executive Management Program degree from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, a Master's in Stem Cell Technology from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai.
