Albulena Hoti has been working in the professional field since 2018. Albulena began their career at Tactica as Head of Operations and an SEO Officer. In 2022, they moved to Radix as a Customer Support Specialist, and also began working at UCX as an Account Manager.

Albulena Hoti completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" between 2015 and 2018.
