Jeton Gjonbalaj has worked in the tech industry since 2017. In 2017, they were a Co-Founder & Full Stack Developer at bejdicka and a Web Developer at Gjimnazi i Specializuar Matematikor. In 2018, they became a Junior Full Stack Developer at Inovativi, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they developed full-stack web applications, planned, wrote, and debugged web applications and software, and designed and developed RESTful services and effective APIs. In 2019, they became a Student Ambassador at Universum College. In 2021, they became a Full Stack Engineer at Radix.

Jeton Gjonbalaj has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Antalya Bilim University, obtained in 2021. Jeton also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from Universum College between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended High School of Maths from 2015 to 2018, studying Mathematics.
