Sarit (Sarah) Hashkes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarit (Sarah) is currently serving as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Red Light Holland Corp since June 2021. Prior to this, Sarit was the CEO and Co-Founder of Radix Motion, a company that focuses on utilizing neuroscience research and immersive technology to enhance the connection between the body and brain. Sarit (Sarah) also worked as a VR Consultant and Developer for Learn and DebiasVR in 2018.

In 2017, Sarit worked as a Consultant at Karuna Labs, where they contributed to the development of a prototype using cutting-edge VR technology to help patients overcome learned pain and motor impairment. Sarit (Sarah) also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Radboud University Nijmegen between 2015 and 2017.

Before transitioning into the technology field, Sarit worked as a Martial Arts and Self Defense Instructor for Young Hero Tales, teaching young children the principles of martial arts and self-defense through storytelling and games. Additionally, they have a background in forensic science and crime scene investigation, having worked as a Forensic Scientist and Crime Scene Investigator of violent crimes for the Israeli Police from 2009 to 2012.
