Matthew Hayward

Matthew Hayward has extensive experience in business analysis and systems engineering, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Radley since February 2021, Matthew previously held senior analytical roles at Debenhams, including Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst/Data Migration Analyst. Prior to that, experience at Dixons Carphone included various positions focused on IS Retail Systems, along with roles at HCL Technologies and John Lewis. Matthew began the professional journey as an Undergraduate Engineer at Vickers Defence Systems.
